Enclosures are fabricated with 2.0/1.6 mm smooth & wrinkle free, stress free, TATA/JINDAL CRCA sheets by usage of extensive tooling in following in-house machines:
PSG Electricals uses a unique method for ideal Pre-treatment. It has got Nine Tanks at the bottom. Air agitator system causes the water to stir & does not allow the chemical to deposit at the bottom in addition. At ambient room temperature
After complete Pre-Treatment as per IS-6005, the fabricated components are Powder coated in a Conveyorised Powder Coating Booth with high quality epoxy polyester powder, thus giving long life to panel & good aesthetics.
PSG Electricals has developed a modern Pneumatic Wiring shop with highly skilled wire-men & precision tools. We use computerized ferruling for easy identification of wiring terminals during operation. The wiring is bunched with the PVC duct. Also, the loose wiring is bunched into plastic spiral.
We purchase Aluminum Bus Bar of EC91E Electrolytic Grade, from HINDALCO only and cross sectional area is chosen on the basis of Bus Bar calculation for adequate current carrying capacity & necessary temperature rise duration. Bus bars are braced rigidly to with stand Short Circuit Fault with SMC supports & housed in an electroplated ‘C’ & ‘U’ channels. A separate earth Bus of Cu/G.I. is provided through out the length of the panel. The doors & covers are separately earthed with the body of Panels.
